Calgary’s real estate ranks in world’s top 3
The City of Calgary joins Vancouver and Toronto as the three best places in the world to develop real estate, according to the British development company, Grosvenor. It all comes down to resiliency, which is supported by a vibrant resource sector and an ever-expanding job market. That keeps people flooding into the city, and the constantly reliable net migration is a solid footing for developers to build on.
The Grosvenor report indicates that the three Canadian cities topping the list are well governed and well planned – another boon to developers.
